How to Book
To enquire about a reservation simply download and complete our booking form (pdf)

Please ensure you complete your name and email/telephone number so that we are able to reply to you.
Also include your desired booking dates. Please refer to the availability calendar to ensure your chosen dates are potentially available.
Upon confirming the dates are available, you will be required to complete a guest reservation form and pay 25% deposit to secure the reservation.
After 48hrs your deposit becomes non-refundable. We believe this is fair to you and also allows us operate our reservation system without disruption.
On payment of deposit and return of guest reservation form you are deemed to have accepted our booking terms.
A £100 damage deposit is also added to caravan reservation. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, subject to no damage.
Final balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be advised in writing.
Cancellations made between 2 and 6 weeks of arrival will be refunded 50% of the total, less the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks of arrival will result on no refund.
No towels are provided nor offered. Please ensure you bring your own towels.
Gentle Reminder:
We do not accept pets.
Smoking is not permitted inside or around caravan.
Lanyon Holiday Park requires full names and contact details of all individuals staying on site age 18 and over.
This needs to be provided prior to arrival.
Caravan "RUBY" is operated and let by private ownership.
It is important to advise any potential customers that it is not owned by Lanyon Holiday Park.
