Cornwall Caravan Holidays - Booking Terms
- Accommodation is offered subject to availability and upon receipt of a booking request and deposit.
- A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking.
- Deposit becomes non-refundable after 48 hours.
- Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
- £100 damage deposit is also added to caravan reservations. Refundable within 2 weeks of departure, subject to no damage.
- We will deem the holiday to be cancelled, if balance payment is not made 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Lanyon Holiday Park requires full names and contact details of all individuals staying on site age 18 and over. This needs to be provided prior to arrival.
- Should the accommodation be unavailable due to circumstances that are reasonably within our control, the deposit, and if applicable the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations must be advised in writing.
- Cancellations made between 2 and 6 weeks of arrival will be refunded 50% of the total, less the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks of arrival will result in no refund.
- The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of berths stated. Persons occupying the accommodation include persons sleeping or regularly eating in the accommodation.
- We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied persons under the age of 25 years, or from all male/ female groups, except by prior arrangement.
- Caravan is available from 3.00pm to 8.00pm. There are no arrivals after 8.00pm unless agreed in advance. Please contact us if you are arriving later or your booking may be deemed cancelled.
- Caravan must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. We must be notified of all breakages and damages.
- The proprietors or their representatives reserve the right to enter Caravan at any reasonable time.
- No towels are provided nor offered. Please ensure you bring your own towels.
- We do not accept pets.
- Smoking is not permitted inside or around caravan.
- Items supplied Cornwall Caravan Holidays are not permitted to be removed from the caravan under any circumstances.
- Cornwall Caravan Holidays does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage, to any person, personal property or motor vehicles, however arising.
- Cornwall Caravan Holidays reserves the right to refuse any booking application or to refuse or terminate accommodation at their absolute discretion.
- Cornwall Caravan Holidays shall not be liable in the event that accommodation or advertised facilities or amenities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond their control, this includes storm damage, civil unrest, acts of war and pandemic.
- Guest WIFI access can be purchased from Lanyon Holiday Park (subject to availability).
- Guests must not interfere with the caravan's management router. Any interference will result in £25 administration fee + any additional costs incurred.
- Please check your accommodation thoroughly before departure. Any items unclaimed after one week can be disposed of.
- No person under the age of 18 must be left unaccompanied/unsupervised on the park.
- By making a booking with Cornwall Caravan Holidays you are deemed to have accepted our booking terms.
- Swimming Pool - facility operated by Lanyon Holiday Park
- Open 1st Apr - 30th Sept
- Lanyon Holiday Park do not a have a lifeguard.
- No lone swimmers permitted.
- Children are to be supervised at all times by the adult who is responsible for their care and welfare.
- Access to facility cannot be guarenteed, maybe restricted due to operational reasons.
- Lanyon Holiday Park is a quiet family campsite and require all music to be turned off and voices to be kept down from 10pm onwards.
- Lanyon Holiday Park reserves the right to ask guests to leave the holiday park. This only typically occurs when there is continued breach of excessive noise levels or unacceptable behaviour.
- In addition to the above, all guests/bookings are required to adhere to Lanyon Holiday Park's terms and conditions
Non-Compliance with Terms and Conditions
Any breach of the terms and conditions may result in being asked to leave the caravan and campsite.
Any guests asked to leave will not receive any refund (full or part).
Arrival Procedure
Caravan will be available from 3pm on date of arrival.
Guests are encouraged to bring only one vehicle. Further parking is available, however only one car is permitted outside the caravan.
Departure Procedure
Guests are required to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
This includes all rubbish removed and hovered throughout.
All beds are to be striped of linen.
Caravan must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
Campsite Facilities
Facilities are offered by Lanyon Holiday Park.
We can not guarentee availability of these facilities.
